Winter Wonderland Hits Colorado
How fun that Winter Wonderland has hit Colorado! These are a few photographs taken on a recent snowshoe hike I led for Colorado Mountain Club.
Talk about going lightweight, these were taken with simply a Samsung Galaxy S Android phone with the HDR Camera application. But next time, I’m going to be like my inspiration, Dan Bailey, take my pro gear and some of my new “Going Fast With Light” style lighting gear, including my new LumiQuest Softbox III to use with my Canon 430EXII Speedlight and triggered with my Canon ST-E2 wireless remote. But first I gotta hike a whole lot more before I’m carrying any more gear!
For now, enjoy my “going ultralight because I’m already pretty ultraslow when slogging up the mountain” Winter Wonderland shots!
